The simple terms for using With All My Love during private beta.
Welcome to With All My Love. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using With All My Love, a private memory, letter, story, voice note, and keepsake app operated by Bradley Boothe.
By creating an account, accessing, or using With All My Love, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
These Terms are intended to provide clear rules for private beta testing and early use of the app. Before a full public launch, these Terms may be updated.
1. Use of the App
With All My Love is designed to help users privately save meaningful memories, letters, stories, voice notes, photos, captions, capsule information, and keepsakes for themselves and the people they love.
You agree to use the app responsibly, lawfully, and only for personal, private, and appropriate purposes.
You may not use With All My Love to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Upload content you do not have the right to save, store, or share
- Upload hateful, abusive, threatening, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content
- Upload content that violates someone else’s privacy, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- Attempt to access another user’s account or private content
- Interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, servers, security systems, or related services
- Use the app for spam, fraud, impersonation, or other misleading activity
We may suspend or remove access to the app if we believe these Terms have been violated or if needed to protect the app, users, or service.
2. Your Account
You may need to create an account to use With All My Love.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your information reasonably up to date.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, create, or save in With All My Love.
This may include photos, letters, stories, voice notes, captions, capsule names, dates, milestones, and other memory-related content.
By using the app, you give With All My Love permission to store, process, transmit, display, and make available your content only as needed to operate the app and provide its features to you.
This permission is limited to providing and improving the app experience. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
You are responsible for the content you add to the app. You should only upload or create content that you have the right to save and store.
4. Private and Family Content
With All My Love is built for private keepsakes and meaningful personal memories.
You may choose to create capsules or save content related to children, family members, or loved ones. You are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate rights, consent, or authority to save that content.
With All My Love is intended for use by parents, guardians, and adults. It is not intended for direct use by children under 13 without the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
5. Privacy
Your use of With All My Love is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

6. App Permissions
Some features may require access to certain device permissions, such as photo library access or microphone access.
You can manage these permissions through your device settings. If you turn off certain permissions, some app features may not work properly.
7. Account Deletion
You may initiate account deletion from within the app through the account settings area.
Deleting your account is intended to remove your account and associated personal data from With All My Love, including content such as capsules, memories, letters, stories, photos, voice notes, and other saved keepsakes connected to your account, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
You may also contact us at hello@withallmylove.org for help with account deletion or questions about your account.
8. Private Beta
During beta testing, With All My Love may be incomplete and may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or features that change over time.
Features may be added, changed, limited, broken, or removed as the app is tested and improved.
During private beta, use of the app is provided for testing and feedback. You should not rely on beta features as permanent or guaranteed.
9. Availability and Backups
We work to provide a meaningful and reliable app experience, but we cannot guarantee that With All My Love will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You are encouraged to keep your own backup copies of important photos, letters, voice notes, stories, and keepsakes outside of the app.
With All My Love is not intended to be the only place where you store irreplaceable personal content.
10. Intellectual Property
With All My Love, including its design, branding, app experience, text, layout, features, logos, and other materials, is owned by Bradley Boothe or licensed to With All My Love, except for content users upload or create.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its materials unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.
11. Third-Party Services
With All My Love may rely on third-party services to operate the app, such as authentication, database, storage, hosting, app distribution, and payment services.
Your use of the app may also be subject to third-party terms, including Apple’s App Store terms and any terms from services used to provide app functionality.
12. Purchases and Subscriptions
During private beta, With All My Love may be offered without payment.
If paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other paid features are added later, pricing, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund details will be provided before purchase and will be handled according to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.
For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple according to Apple’s terms and policies.
13. No Warranty
With All My Love is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties or guarantees that the app will always be available, secure, accurate, error-free, or meet every expectation.
Some laws may not allow certain warranty limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, With All My Love and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of content, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or other losses related to your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
15. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update the app, add or remove features, or change these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we may notify you through the app, by email, or by updating the Last Updated date above.
Your continued use of With All My Love after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Ending Use of the App
You may stop using With All My Love at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the app or other users, or used the app in a harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate way.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
